I love Dr. Mendy and his staff. They are always very nice and caring! I also like that it is a small business, so you always see the same people working there. They remember all their clients. Dr. Mendy has been in business for the past 30 years, he takes his time with every client. He is very sweet about answering all my questions. I have been a client for the past 12 years. I never had a problem. Plus they are really good about payments and cost of veterinary care. Cooper City Animal Clinic is the only place I would take my dogs. Love, Debbie Dieckmann

"Please don't bring your loved ones here." Unfortunetely we we're referred here by the Humane Society. All we needed was a routine Neuter for our 2 year old Smooth Haired Fox Terrier "Oakley" & a routine Spay for our 11 Month old Jack Russell Amber. When we recieved our dogs he seemed ecstatic to finally return home, an hour an a 1/2 later he became extremely sleepy, only 2 hours later after surgery he was pronounced dead, and months of tears over our loss to follow. When we asked for at least a refund on the oh so FAILED SURGERY, we we're told no refunds only a percentage of the money we paid for pain pills, they refused to take any responsibilty for Oakley's death and stupid me didn't have an Autopsy, only thinking the Vet would take full resonsibility when I cremated him the same day, Stupid move on my part even this "Cooper City Animal Clinic" will do anything to save a buck. Also found out later that Amber's stomach was cut way too big for a Spay and now she has a abnormally Big Scar on her belly. Please save yourself the hell, both the owner and head Doctor Dr. Mendy are a joke and should reconsider there excuse of calling THAT a place of business. Respectively WARNING YOU - Joseph Mena

It is a great place, our dog got poisoned from eating a frong on xmas eve and we took him there and had IMMEDIATE attention. It might be the only animal hospital in the neighborhood, but that does not mean that they are cavalier about their service. I highly recommend this pet hospital to anyone who needs one and can get to it.
